- Earn 1,500 bonus points when you refer a new client to the clinic. The referred client receives points too!
Healthy Rewards Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership is risk-free: If you earn less than 900 points in your first year, your membership fee will be waived for the following year.
Healthy Rewards Points expire after 12 months of inactivity at Arbor Hills Animal Clinic.
Healthy Rewards Points never expire for customers whose accounts are Active. An account is considered Active when we have seen your pet for an examination within the 12-month period.
Healthy Rewards Points have no cash value outside of our practice. If you move or leave the practice for any reason, Healthy Rewards Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another clinic, or otherwise provided to the client. Healthy Rewards Points are only redeemable for products and services provided at Arbor Hills Animal Clinic.
Healthy Rewards Points cannot be applied to the purchase of non-pharmacy retail items such as food. This includes rewards which take a dollar value off your total bill.
As Healthy Rewards Points are tracked through the PetDesk mobile app, clients must maintain the “Pet Desk” app on their mobile device. We also ask that you leave notifications for this app active so we can alert you when there are special Healthy Rewards offers available!
